Teresa is a university qualified nutritionist and has a special interest in gut health. Kelli is a foodie from way back with such consistency to her healthy eating habits. Knowing what our gut bugs need to thrive, we put our heads together to develop an easy-to-follow plan that allows flexibility for different needs. Our first plan is all about achieving diversity in prebiotic fibre. Certain prebiotic foods can be troublesome for some. This plan won’t suit those with current digestive issues like bloating, pain or irritable bowel syndrome. This plan is for those that want to improve the quality of their diet and overall health. With a little bit of initial food prep (we also have cheat options), followed by a week of nutrient-dense delicious meals, you’ll be able to use this plan time-and-again.
