This warm goji porridge is packed with nutrients, good fats, protein and fibre.
Warm Goji Porridge
This is a serving size for 1, simply duplicate the ingredients to make more.
½ cup rolled oats
¾ cup soy milk (sub your favourite milk)
½ cup water
1 tsp. chia seeds
1 scoop collagen powder * (optional)
1 tsp. honey
1 tbsp. hemp seeds
1 tbsp. goji berries
- Put ingredients into a small saucepan and simmer for about 5 minutes. Once it reaches bubbling point, turn the heat down and stir until oats are a creamy consistency.
- Top with honey, hemp seeds and goji berries for a delicious and nutritious breakfast.
